Terms And Conditions:
New and out-of-state accounts must provide 100% of payment
in advance of publication. Established accounts are due net 15
days from billing. A 1.5% per month finance charge will be assessed
on all 15-day past due accounts. Nonprofit agencies receive a
10% discount.
Advertisements offered are expected to be in compliance with
local, state, and federal laws; not offensive or detrimental to
individuals, groups, or other businesses; and legitimate in purpose.
If because of the failure of the Advertiser to make payments
herein provided, or for breach of any other provision of this
contract, the Sandoval Signpost places this contract with an Attorney
or Collection Agency for collection, or for any reason, Advertiser
agrees to pay, in addition to any sums found due, the amount of
the collection costs paid by the Sandoval Signpost to
any outside Collection Agency or Attorney.
The Sandoval Signpost shall not be held liable for
any failure to publish advertising as a result of accidents or
acts of God. We accept no liability for our inadvertent omission
of any ad.
New ad copy is due by the 20th of the month prior to publication.
In the event the Sandoval Signpost is not able to obtain
copy to fulfill this contract, the Publisher may insert a suitable
ad to comply with the contract.
All advertising artwork must conform to the sizes and production
requirement set forth on the Sandoval Signpost rate sheet.
All advertising (each individual ad) is subject to Publisher’s
approval. The Publisher reserves the right to reject advertising.
No special position is guaranteed and any insertion order stating
an advertisement may only be run in a certain position will not
be accepted. Guaranteed advertising position, when available,
is charged at an additional 25% cost of the advertisement.
The Sandoval Signpost has the right to re-bill any
advertisers who do not fulfill their contract commitments at either
the closest earned rate or the current open local column inch
rate, whichever is applicable.
The Sandoval Signpost has eliminated consequential
damages as a factor. Therefore, its liability shall not exceed
the charge for the space actually occupied by the item in which
the error is made.
Rates may be revised at any time upon 30 days written notice
to contract advertisers.
Verbal or written agreements not a part of this contract will
not be recognized.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your
mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act
to provide a remedy.
